1.  Say a monster is hitting me for 20hp on average and I have 40hp remaining...  why am I then getting killed on next hit?

Please remove the critical attack monsters do on a deathblow.


2.  When advancing to attack a monster, the monster always has preemptive attack, which may miss.

Please give the player preemptive attack when moving in first and the monster preemptive attack if it moves to the player first.

If grinding a mob and two monsters are together it is too risky approaching first.  Waiting for them to split, or to step to me first, is annoying when wanting to get fast kills.
